A few of my favorite features
These are three features I’m especially proud of, not just for how they look, but for what they unlocked. Each solved a clear behavioral or business need, gained strong traction with fans, and helped define Festiverse as more than an on-grounds utility.
💡
We intentionally moved away from industry best practices to create a more approachable design for football fans. We developed wireframes with a light theme to feel friendly and less 'crypto/techy’.
The interactive social schedule
Traditional festival schedules assume solo planning and static decisions. In reality, fans coordinate with friends, change plans frequently, and make decisions under time pressure. This feature enables shared planning through saved sets, friend invites, overlap visibility, flexible views, and shareable schedules, allowing fans to adapt in real time as the festival unfolds.
This site map not only indicated the user’s journey as they navigate through the product, but it provided us a visual roadmap of the work ahead of us.
Given our tight timeline, I designed flexible templates to streamline the design & dev of multiple screens with minimal adjustments.
