INTRODUCTION
Olympique de Marseille partnered with Elemint to launch NFTs related to Ligue 1. The challenge was to nurture Elemint’s budding SME-focused Web3 fan loyalty platform and gain traction in the European sports industry, while easing the fanbase into the world of Web3.
We designed and built a web-app to sell match highlights as video NFTs as well as a loyalty platform that encouraged fans to engage more deeply with the team, rewarding those who attended more games and get involved with OM on social with exclusive content.

Project Outcomes
Within 6 weeks…
10,000+ soccer fans were exposed to a beta version of the digital twin ticket.
Within 2 months…
We had designed and built a large feature release with an enterprise component controlling access to events using a NFT ticketing twin.
Within 5 months…
There had been consistent feature releases (2-3 per month).
A responsive landing page was designed for fans to claim their commemorative twin ticket.
Over 10,000 fans created an account with Elemint to engage with the commemorative NFT twin ticket.
3,500+ NFT twin tickets were minted.
A lottery for perks was done completely on the blockchain.

Incentivizing engagement using exclusive content
“Missions” were created to incentivize engagement and attendance for games. We created two types of missions, sequenced and non-sequenced, to encourage fans to participate further with Elemint’s offerings.
Results
Elemint offered a raffle for an exclusive stadium tour of the OM Stadium Orange Velodrome for loyal fans who engaged with the social and Web3 aspects.
Browse and Buy NFTs
Empowering fans to purchase NFTs of popular plays
Users had the ability to browse, purchase, and view NFTs in their collection.
The app supported live NFT drops on the homepage through web sockets.
300+ users with over 100 followers on Discord engaged with the product, spreading information through word-of-mouth.
3/4 of the inventory was sold.
